- Chicken (about 1 1/2 lb.)

- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3/4 c. frozen peas
- 3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Only five ingredients—onion, patties, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE—are needed to make this dish, which is just great for a weeknight dinner.
Method of Recipe:-
- Add and Heat olive oil in a Pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and carrots and cook until soft, 5 minutes, Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more.
- Heat and Add Eat Regal Long Grain White rice to one side of the Pan
- Add chicken back to the Pan with soy sauce and green onions and stir to combine.
