Carrot Rice Prepared by using Eat Regal Long Grain White Rice

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil: 3 TBSP
  • Sliced Onion: 130 gm
  • Thickly Grated Carrots: 300 gm
  • Pink salt: ½ TBSP
  • Ground Black Pepper: ¼ TBSP
  • Ground Cinnamon: ¼ TBSP
  • Bay Leaves: 2
  • Cashews: 70 gm
  • Raisins: 35 gm
  • EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE



Instructions:

  • Transfer the cashews to a pan and dry roast it on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Once roasted remove the cashews from the pan and set it aside for later use.
  • To the same pan add olive oil, onion, bay leaf, ground cinnamon, salt and fry on medium heat until the onion is slightly browned. Now add the thickly grated carrot and fry on medium to medium-high heat for about 4 minutes or until the carrots are cooked and nicely fried.
  • Now EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE along with raisins, roasted cashew and Mix gently.
  • Now, sprinkle olive oil, some black pepper and salt to taste. Mix it well.
  • Serve hot with your favorite curry.
