1. No Returns for Unwanted Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that are no longer wanted, or for products that have been opened or used. Please ensure you review product details before placing your order.

2. Eligible Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept returns if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition as you received it.
  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

If your item meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

3. How to Start a Return

Our team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address. Please note that any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and would like an exchange, follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved, we recommend making a new purchase for the desired item as exchanges are handled through this method.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
