Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
You've got 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, ensure the item is unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Starting a Return
Contact us at sales.us@regalkitchenfoods.com to initiate a return. Remember, all returns must be sent to the address we provide. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, inform us immediately upon receipt. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange process, return the item, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Conditions for return remain the same.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out to us.
