Garlic Fried Rice Prepared by using Long Grain White Rice

Garlic has a distinct flavor that many people enjoy. So this garlic fried rice prepared by using EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE is a simple rice recipe for those who enjoy the flavor of garlic the most. 

Ingredients:

  • Oil- 3 TBSP
  • Mustard Seeds - 3 TBSP
  • Cumin Seeds - 3 TBSP
  • Garlic- 1 TBSP, Green Chilli - 2 NOSE
  • Onion - 1 cup (100gm)
  • Red & Green Capsicum - 1 cup (100gm)
  • Green Beans - ½ cup (50gm)
  • Salt
  • Coriander Powder - ½ TBSP
  • Garam Masala - ½ TBSP
  • EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE
  • Chopped coriander leaves



Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium/high.
  • Heat to medium and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they pop and flavor the oil.
  • Add the chopped garlic and green chili. Stir for a few seconds.
  • Then add chopped onion and saute it until they release their sweet aroma, about a minute or so.
  • Add green beans, red & green capsicum and toss for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add salt, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix everything well.
  • Now, add the EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE.
  • Toss all the ingredients until well-combined.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve the rice warm.
