Garlic has a distinct flavor that many people enjoy. So this garlic fried rice prepared by using EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE is a simple rice recipe for those who enjoy the flavor of garlic the most.
Ingredients:
- Oil- 3 TBSP
- Mustard Seeds - 3 TBSP
- Cumin Seeds - 3 TBSP
- Garlic- 1 TBSP, Green Chilli - 2 NOSE
- Onion - 1 cup (100gm)
- Red & Green Capsicum - 1 cup (100gm)
- Green Beans - ½ cup (50gm)
- Salt
- Coriander Powder - ½ TBSP
- Garam Masala - ½ TBSP
- EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium/high.
- Heat to medium and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they pop and flavor the oil.
- Add the chopped garlic and green chili. Stir for a few seconds.
- Then add chopped onion and saute it until they release their sweet aroma, about a minute or so.
- Add green beans, red & green capsicum and toss for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add salt, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix everything well.
- Now, add the EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE.
- Toss all the ingredients until well-combined.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve the rice warm.
