So, try this quick and easy Mexican rice pudding by using EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE, cinnamon stick, full cream milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
You can serve this creamy dish either warm or cold, which makes it a delicious choice for any time of year.
Ingredients:
- EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE (250 g)
- 3-4 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups Full cream milk
- 3-4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method:
- Take EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE.
- Cut the pouch and add the content of the pouch into the pan.
- Add cinnamon sticks, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and condensed milk.
- Cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes. But do not completely cover it.
- Stir in between to prevent sticking.
- When rice is completely cooked and reaches to its consistency then the pudding is ready .
- Additionally, you can adjust the liquid consistency according to your preference by adding more milk or cream.
- Use a sweetening agent as per your choice to increase or decrease the amount to your preference.
