Spanish Rice and Beans Recipe

Spanish Rice and Beans Prepared by using Spanish Rice

 Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion: 1 cup (80 gm)
  • EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE
  • Vegetable Broth: ½ cup (50 gm)
  • Salsa: 4 tbsp
  • Boiled Red Beans: 80 gm


Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium/high.
  • Heat to medium and add onion and garlic, continuing to cook until onion is soft.
  • Add EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE and mix well.
  • Add vegetable broth, cover, and cook until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
  • Stir in salsa then boiled kidney beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
