Spanish Rice and Beans Recipe
Spanish Rice and Beans Prepared by using Spanish Rice
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onion: 1 cup (80 gm)
- EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE
- Vegetable Broth: ½ cup (50 gm)
- Salsa: 4 tbsp
- Boiled Red Beans: 80 gm
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium/high.
- Heat to medium and add onion and garlic, continuing to cook until onion is soft.
- Add EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE and mix well.
- Add vegetable broth, cover, and cook until rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
- Stir in salsa then boiled kidney beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
