Thai Basil Fried Rice Prepared by using Spanish Rice

One of the best-fried rice dishes is Thai Basil Fried Rice! 

Eat Regal Spanish Rice, fresh thai basil, thai chili, pepper, tofu, and the delectable sauce give this amazing fried rice recipe an amazing taste.

 

Ingredients:

  • Oil- 3 TBSP
  • Onion - 1 Cup (100gm)
  • Garlic - 1 TBSP
  • Thai Chilli - 1 Nose
  • Saute Tofu - 100gm
  • EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE
  • Soy sauce + dark soy sauce - 1 TBSP
  • Sugar powder - 1 TBSP
  • Thai basil leaves


Instructions:

  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Sauté onion slices until they release their sweet aroma, about a minute or so.
  • Then, add the chopped garlic and thai chili. Stir for a few seconds.
  • Once the garlic is fragrant, add the sautéed tofu and toss for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the EAT REGAL SPANISH RICE and swirl in the prepped sauce (soy sauce + dark soy sauce).
  • Toss all the ingredients until well-combined.
  • Add the sugar powder and fold in the Thai basil and cook until the leaves start to wilt a little.
  • Serve the rice warm.
