Ingredients:
- Mushroom
- Chopped Bell Pepper
- Water
- Vegan Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Boiled Edamame
- EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE
- Chopped spring onion
- Black sesame seeds
Method:
- Heat up the pan to medium heat, add the mushroom and rehydrate it on the low flame.
- Add chopped bell pepper and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add some water in it, cover the pot and cook for 3-4mint. But do not completely cover it.
- Add vegan soy sauce, garlic powder, boiled edamame, EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE.
- Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnished with chopped spring onion & black sesame seeds (optional).
- Serve Hot!
