Vegan Edamame Rice Prepared by using EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE

EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE is tossed with vibrant green edamame, a dash of saltiness from the vegan soy sauce-flavored mushrooms, and bell pepper. This easy edamame rice recipe is ideal for weekday meals, family get-togethers, and kid-friendly bento lunches.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Mushroom
  • Chopped Bell Pepper
  • Water
  • Vegan Soy Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Boiled Edamame
  • EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Black sesame seeds


Method:

 

  • Heat up the pan to medium heat, add the mushroom and rehydrate it on the low flame.
  • Add chopped bell pepper and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add some water in it, cover the pot and cook for 3-4mint. But do not completely cover it.
  • Add vegan soy sauce, garlic powder, boiled edamame, EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE.
  • Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnished with chopped spring onion & black sesame seeds (optional).
  • Serve Hot!
