2. Heat on HIGH for 90 seconds.

The shelf life of each of the pouches is 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
How many people will 1 package serve?

The package states that it is two servings per pouch, each serving contains 125g. If you are serving it as a side dish.
Is it possible to freeze the individual pouches?

No individual freezing is not required. Our product is Ambient Shelf Stable product & yes you have to refrigerate the unused portion, consume within two days after opening the pouch.
