Coriander Rice Prepared by using Long Grain White Rice

Ingredients:
- Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Star Anise & Bay Leaves)
- Onion
- Green Chilli
- Carrot
- Beans
- Green Peas
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Water
- Ghee
- Oil
- To Make Masala Paste
- Coriander Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chilli
- Grated Coconut
- Water
- Eat Regal Long Grain White Rice
Method:
- To a mixer jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, shallots, garlic, ginger, green chilies, grated coconut and water. Grind them all into a thick paste.
- To a wide pan, add ghee, oil, whole spices and saute.
- Add onions and green chilies. Saute.
- Once the onions turn transparent, add carrot, beans, boiled green peas and cook for 5 mins.
- Then add salt, turmeric and mix everything. Next add the ground masala paste.
- Add a little water and saute the masala paste till the raw smell goes away.
- Then add EAT REGAL LONG GRAIN WHITE RICE and mix everything well.
- Garnish the coriander rice with fried cashew nuts and serve it with onion raita and papad by the side.
