- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 pouch Eat Regal Jasmine Rice (pre-cooked)
- 1 pinch Saffron (optional, for colour and flavour)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Jalapeño
- Fresh Parsley (for garnishing)
- Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Take some olive oil in a large pan and heat it in medium until warm.
- Next, add some chopped garlic & onion and sauté them for 1-2 minutes until the onions turn transparent.
- Now stir the tomato puree and cook it for the next 1-2 minutes until the puree thickens a little.
- Also add mushrooms and bell peppers and sauté them for 2-3 minutes until they get softened.
- Take salt, black pepper powder & turmeric powder and mix it well.
- Add the pre-cooked Eat Regal Jasmine Rice along with a little pinch of saffron and chopped jalapeño and mix them properly and ensure they are mixed well.
