Vegetable Paella Recipe Prepared by using Eat Regal Jasmine Rice

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil - 2 TBSP
- Chopped Garlic: 1 TBSP
- Chopped Onion: ½ cup (20 g)
- Tomato purée - ½ cup (20 g)
- Mushroom, Bell Pepper: ¼ cup
- Salt, Black Pepper Powder & Turmeric Powder: ½ TBSP (EACH)
- Eat Regal Jasmine Rice (Pre-cooked)
- Saffron: 1 Pinch
- Jalapeño: 1 TBSP
- Fresh Parsley : For Garnishing
Instructions:
- To begin making the Vegetarian Paella Recipe, first heat olive oil in the pan, till warm. Then add onion and the garlic to it, and sauté for 1-2 minutes till the onions just turn pink.
- Add Tomato purée and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan and sauté them for 1-2 minutes more. Cook till they are slightly softened.
- Next, add the turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to it and cook for a few minutes.
- The next step is to add the EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE, pinch of saffron, Jalapeño and stir well.
- Garnish it with the chopped parsley.
- Serve in individual bowls, with lemon wedges on the side.
