Vegetable Paella Recipe Prepared by using Eat Regal Jasmine Rice

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil - 2 TBSP
  • Chopped Garlic: 1 TBSP
  • Chopped Onion: ½ cup (20 g)
  • Tomato purée - ½ cup (20 g)
  • Mushroom, Bell Pepper: ¼ cup
  • Salt, Black Pepper Powder & Turmeric Powder: ½ TBSP (EACH)
  • Eat Regal Jasmine Rice (Pre-cooked)
  • Saffron: 1 Pinch
  • Jalapeño: 1 TBSP
  • Fresh Parsley : For Garnishing

 

Instructions:

  • To begin making the Vegetarian Paella Recipe, first heat olive oil in the pan, till warm. Then add onion and the garlic to it, and sauté for 1-2 minutes till the onions just turn pink.
  • Add Tomato purée and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan and sauté them for 1-2 minutes more. Cook till they are slightly softened.
  • Next, add the turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to it and cook for a few minutes.
  • The next step is to add the EAT REGAL JASMINE RICE, pinch of saffron, Jalapeño and stir well.
  • Garnish it with the chopped parsley.
  • Serve in individual bowls, with lemon wedges on the side.
